The Longest Yard (1974)
The fact that Robert Aldrich films are not like the national average of cinematography in America is no longer surprising. I recommend the film to all of you, but I don't know if everyone will enjoy it as I did. The main actor plays extremely suggestively, naturally and emotionally. His creation is undoubtedly one of the best in this film and also one of the best in the actor's career. The Longest Yard (1974) filled me with difficult to explain energy, got me so immersed in it. I couldn't find any single bad thing in that movie. It is 100/100 and sets the standard for every other movie in this genre. The story can be interpreted in many ways, I think the The Longest Yard (1974) is even too short. Now stream in hd or download The Longest Yard (1974) here.
Storyline of The Longest Yard (1974)
The movie is based on a real-life association football game in 1942 between German soldiers and Ukrainian prisoners of war during World War II, known as the Death Match. An ex-football star doing time is forced by the warden to organize a team of inmates to play against (and get pummeled by) his own line-up of guards.
